This
course prepares participants to undertake the duties of a teacher aide, which
include the compiling and supervising of class rolls, clerical assistance, notes
and work programs, assisting in the supervision of education activities, and
more.
Work may initially be performed under the supervision of a more experienced
officer; however, this supervision is expected to reduce as experience
increases.
To receive a Certificate III in Education Support you must complete: all core units, plus a minimum of 225 hours of elective study.
