Using the knowledge and skills you have developed in this unit, and based on your experiences in your workplace, you are to provide a written report detailing the strategies that you are going to use to develop your team and the individuals you work with
Include information on how you:
What are the needs of your team, what types of skills do they need to perform their jobs efficiently
What are your recommendations for ongoing learning in your workplace
How can you use mentoring and coaching in your workplace
What opportunities exist in your workplace for people to develop new skills
How is learning documented in your workplace
How do you give feedback to your team, so that they can improve in the tasks that they are doing
What strategies could you use to continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workplace learning in your organisation.

Briefly describe what workplace learning is
Briefly describe the difference (in your opinion) between coaching and mentoring
How long will you need to be in a workplace before you no longer need to attend any training?
Task C.
Write a short response to this quote, what do you think of this opinion, what do you think will be the effect in the workplace?:
"Training our staff is too expensive, because they end up leaving and taking their skills with them, we are just going to let them do their jobs with no training"
