To complete this qualification, you must complete the assessment activities for 10 units.
You must do all core units and then select 6 elective units..

 

There are a variety of resources used to complete this course.

1.    All workbooks will be posted to you, so that you can work with paper copies

3.    As a distance student, you will have contact with your trainer via email or phone

4.    As a distance student, you can request one on one training sessions, which will be conducted usually via OnLine Conferencing software.

Welcome to your studies -  The Certificate IV in Frontline Management

 

 

Getting ready to study

 

Its time to start studying, before you start, take the time to get organised.

  •       Think about when you are going to be able to study, set aside time to work on your assignments.
  •         Create a new folder on your computer to save all of your documents, and make sure that you backup your work.
  •         Don't forget to use the Internet to research topics
  •         Find a mentor in your workplace, who is willing to discuss issues with you, as they are presented from time to time in the workbooks.

Changing electives  if you want to change elective units, discuss this with your trainer. Think about the skills that you already have, or that you need to develop in your workplace  then give your trainer a brief description of these skills, and we will align these to a national competency.
