ICA20199 - CERTIFICATE II IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The training plan is a very important document.  It helps us determine what training is required in the workplace, how the training is going to be delivered and sets a timeline for the completion of units.  If circumstances change and you need to modify the training plan, always talk with your trainer.Specialised Training Services provide training through User Choice, for employers who want the training delivered in their own workplace.

• We provide assistance and mentoring for workbased training;
• We provide one-on-one training for any areas that the employer does not want to train in themselves;
• We provide self paced units to re-enforce competencies as required.
• The STS trainer comes into the workplace and does hands-on practical training.
