Before you start, there are a few things to remember, firstly, if in doubt email your trainer.
Students are coming into this course with different levels of skill and experience.
We are going to direct you do all of the learning, however, you may already have the knowledge, and therefore we do not expect you to do that learning again, you will be ready to complete the assessment.
If you are new to developing websites – then the Advantage Designer series of learning will be a great place for you to start – this will help you develop the underpinning knowledge for the software applications that will be used throughout the course.
If you are experienced in using Dreamweaver – we will recognise these skills for you, move forward and complete the assessments and projects.
To make sure that you are not overwhelmed by the project, we are only giving you the first 8 weeks activities.
If you complete all of this in a shorter time frame, we will then send you the next 8-week schedule. Most students will complete the entire course in 48 weeks.

: Commence viewing Advantage Designer Online Learning – you should do at least 10 hours of Online content per week to develop your skills in Dreamweaver and Flash. These tutorials and assessment will help you develop the skills that you are going to use to complete your projects. If you already have the skills to use Dreamweaver and Flash, then you do not need to complete these tutorials – discuss this with your tutor. |
