Bushland Blooms guarantees that all mail-orders received by 11.00 am will be processed within 24 hours. Should customers not receive their products within the specified time, they will receive $10 off their next purchase.
A Bushland Blooms qualified technician will repair, free of charge, any faults in the product, up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes free replacement parts.
Conditions: Only applies where the customer has no responsibility in the malfunction of the product. Does not apply where the customer is at fault, ie. lawnmower running over the reticulation, or children playing cricket and breaking the light.
Bushland Blooms offers a guarantee on all plants.
Our plants are of the highest quality and should flourish if planting directions are followed. If not, Bushland Blooms will replace them free of charge.
Customers should be advised of this at time of purchase, as they will need to produce their receipt to take advantage of this guarantee.
Should a customer's plant not succeed a second time, staff may suggest replacing it with a more suitable plant - again, free of charge.
