Induct staff

The task of inducting staff at the new ValleyView office is complex and will require you to communicate with a wide range of people. You will need to consult with senior management, and you may also be in touch with other administration staff, union and legal representatives. You will need to consider issues related to training, mentoring, communicating effectively and efficiently, and evaluating feedback.
