Hi again
I've reviewed the proposed new PM system. You've certainly done some work on this. I never knew there was so much involved!
I have some concerns about implementing the new system. Would you send me some more information or meet with me to discuss my concerns? In particular, I notice that the new system requires managers to have certain interview skills for use in both counselling and performance appraisal interviews. I might need some help in updating my interview techniques.
From what you've sent me so far, I'm also not sure about how to analyse the data from the new appraisal process. It looks more complicated than before, but that might just be because it's new and different.
Will we be having any training in this?
