The new system of employee feedback seems okay, and the new rating system seems fair. The training program helped me sort out how to implement it. Time will tell if it gives us any real benefits. HR has certainly worked hard to pull all this together.
It will be more work for everyone, observing and recording performance objectively, completing the paperwork, and having formal feedback sessions with all our direct reports . would HR help out and share the workload?
Susan
