SUBJECT: Feedback Regarding Negotiations 

I have a few concerns about the content and intention of the agreement we are discussing.  

Senior management seems to want to negotiate in good faith but we still have not seen where all this is heading. We are talking about production and attendance goals and targets and objectives and then staff being rewarded for achieving these, but by how much, how often, and who is the final arbiter on achievement?  

Some of the staff believe that we are being railroaded into agreeing to something we just don't know enough about. What happens if the market for our goods collapses? Will STAR still stick by the agreement or can it weasel out of it?  

Unless we get some hard and fast answers and guarantees, especially about potential future redundancies and job security, we may not be signing any agreements.
