Again I wish to congratulate you and the team on your audit of STAR's IR status. Well done. I am very encouraged by the results of your inquiries as I believe we now have a sound background upon which to go further.
I would like STAR to be seen by the rest of industry as a model for good industrial relations, and I'd like our policies, procedures and approaches to be the benchmark examples for best practice.
Conflict minimisation strategies will of course be a key part of this. I'll leave it in your good hands.
