Just thought I would offer some more words of thanks and appreciation for your good work during our examination of IR at STAR - especially the policy and procedures we recently sent to staff. They have been well received.
Now that we have all these best practice IR initiatives, I would like to keep the ball rolling and ensure we stay on track with the direction we have set. Can you ensure that evaluation and monitoring of the plans and policies, etc, is 'mainstreamed' and on-going?
