I understand you will be putting together the recruitment proposal for the new positions. Line managers involved in this new business strategy have asked you to keep them informed on:
- your decision on whether we should accept the outsourcing proposal received from Construct Recruitment Solutions - we're interested in your views on the strategic implications of outsourcing recruitment
- if you are not outsourcing, the recruitment strategies and selection methods you intend to use and the resources you will require
- an induction plan
- a time line and an indication of resources required
- a budget.
I know the CEO will expect to see an explanation of how your plan meets the objectives for the new product launch at STAR, and I expect this would be useful information for the line managers as well.
