I am very pleased with your report on work/life balance programs and what it means to be and become an "employer of choice," and I have no doubt that we can also achieve those benefits at STAR.
As you know, the current high absenteeism and high staff turnover rates are of some concern, but your research indicates that work/life balance programs could clearly help address those issues. I would like you to work with your team to conduct internal research at STAR and to prepare. This should target those work/life balance programs that the majority of employees respond to most favourably and those that would best help address the issues of absenteeism and high turnover rates.
