Thanks for your message earlier - it's great that the insurer has accepted the claim.
However, the duties I'm supposed to be doing - they're not working out. I have to keep answering the phone and entering details into the system at the same time, and it means basically I have to hold the phone between my shoulder and my neck. We're so busy that I end up doing this for hours on end without a break. It's bloody uncomfortable given how sore my other shoulder is and the pains down through my back. Even now as I write this my neck is killing me. This can't be helping my recovery.
And that bloody quality control checklist I have to work with just makes me feel like a nuisance. Isn't there something else I can do? Can you sort this out?
