In your last email you asked how Jeremy was going with his recovery.  

To tell the truth, I really don't know! Jeremy won't tell me what's happening, but I hear he has gone straight to Sarah, the Union Rep! Also I'm not supervising him in the customer service area, so you'll have to talk to them.  

As to your other question about the quality checklist Jeremy has had to fill in, I can talk to the guys in the dispatch area. If they understand the reason for the quality control procedures, and see what they can do to have their information ready, that will help to speed up the process of Jeremy filling in the checklist.
