Hi. I wanted to catch up with you about our 2 recently injured workers. As you know, I was concerned that we might not have been meeting our obligations as well as we should have been. Your earlier review confirmed that there were grounds for concern, so I want to know if we're improving our performance.  

Can you check whether we've complied with our legislative obligations regarding rehab and return to work for Jeremy and Oleg? Did we do everything we were supposed to do to help them recover and get them back to work? Was there anything else we reasonably could have done? Now that you've been closely involved in these 2 cases, do you think we need to make any changes to our overall rehab policy and program? Let me know what you think.  

I want to report on this at the Executive meeting next Friday. Can you give me a report by then, evaluating our performance and making any further recommendations in relation to these 2 injuries and our overall program?
