Yes, Jeremy's going fine. Changing the system has worked out well for everyone because it's quicker and easier with the trolleys and the ramp. We're looking at making some similar changes to other manual handling jobs in the warehouse as well. If we can make it easier for people to do the job safely, we'll be less likely to have problems in the future.
