As you can imagine, Oleg wasn't happy his claim was rejected. However, I guess they have to draw the line somewhere - can't pay for every injury through workers comp. At least we followed all the procedures, so that gave him every chance.
Anyway, he seems to be walking and moving a little bit more comfortably now. He's going OK with the suitable duties and everyone's being very supportive, so that seems to be helping a bit. Regardless of the claim, we just want to see him back to his old self.
