Thanks for your call. Listen, we've got a problem. Len's not happy with Bettina's work. There are serious problems with the way she deals with people, and we're all concerned that she's pushing her own agendas instead of working with Len.

I think it's best that we take Bettina off this project. Let me know who you'll get to replace her, and I'll brief them before they meet Len. Hopefully it's not too late to salvage the relationship.
