Hi - Len speaking. I need your advice about one of my workers, Oleg Marzinsky. He said that he felt a sudden pain in his lower back when he was unloading some stock from the truck. He said he could hardly move and that one of the other guys had to drive him to hospital. He reckons he's got a problem with a disc.

But the guy who was unloading with him said that Oleg was already complaining about his back even before they started. Oleg had mentioned that he'd been clearing a fire break behind his house over the weekend.

Should Oleg put in a workers comp claim or not?
